TenderChime is a waitlist for a UK public-contract alert service. This notice explains, in plain terms, what happens to the information you give us.
Your email address, when you join the waitlist. That's the only personal information we ask for.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We will not use your address for anything else, and we do not sell or share it with anyone.
Your email address is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which may process data outside the UK under standard safeguards. It is not passed to any marketing platform or data broker.
Until TenderChime launches and you decide whether to become a user, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. If the service does not launch, the waitlist will be deleted.
Under UK GDPR you can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Reply to any email we send you, or contact us at the address in our emails, and we'll action it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
